How to send a cushion cover

When sending a cushion cover to us from outside the UK, it is important that the parcel is prepared correctly to avoid unnecessary customs delays or charges. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Preparing the parcel

– Unzip and remove cushion filling. Ensure the cover is clean and dry.
– Roll up the cover to prevent creasing, pack securely in a protective bag or box.
– Include a note with your name, order number, contact email, and the purpose of the return (repair or colour matching).

2. Customs declaration (for clients outside the UK)

To avoid duties and import taxes, the parcel must be marked as non-commercial.

On the customs form, please enter:

– Description: “Cushion cover, return for repair/analysis, not for resale”
– Reason for export: “Return for repair” or “Temporary export for colour matching”
– Commercial invoice: Use a nominal value (e.g. €10 or $10)

This wording ensures customs officials understand the item is being sent only for service and will not be resold.

3. Shipping Method

– Use a tracked service from your national post office or preferred courier.
– Keep your tracking number until the item has been confirmed as received.
– Address the parcel exactly as below.

Unit 13, Kestrel Court, Bridgewater Close,
Network 65 Business Park,

4. After Receipt

Once the cover arrives, our team will carry out the requested repair or colour analysis. We will then contact you to confirm the next steps before returning the item.
