Cushion exchange
Our responsibility extends beyond the workshop. True completion arrives only when comfort meets expectation. On delivery, take time to live with your furniture. Should you prefer a firmer or softer seat, we will adjust the cushion filling at no cost within 60 days as part of our cushion exchange programme. Comfort, considered and assured.
You have the right to refuse delivery
We encourage every client to examine their furniture with care. Test, inspect, and study the details. If the piece falls short of expectation, you may refuse delivery without hesitation, and a full reimbursement will be arranged that same day. Our reputation rests on uncompromising quality, and it remains so with your vigilance.

Perfection is our intention with every order. If for any reason your furniture does not fulfil that standard, you are free to return or exchange it within 60 days of delivery. Satisfaction is not an aspiration but a condition of our service.
